Eat Your Words: 125 Food and Beverage Themed Puzzles for Hungry Minds

I am thrilled to share that I recently published my first book!

Eat Your Words consists of 125 food and beverage themed puzzles and it truly is a feast for hungry minds. This book is a compilation of work that started many years ago and it has been a labor of love to put so much delicious information together in one place. The idea for this endeavor came to fruition out of my desire to satisfy the appetite for culinary knowledge in a unique and educational way and to make leading with curiosity in the kitchen fun and interesting.

Spend the morning sipping coffee and puzzling, keep this book in your briefcase or backpack and work the puzzles over lunch, or pack it into your carry-on for your next trip and learn on the go!

Read on for a sneak peek inside the book and click here for the link to purchase.

Hint: This will make a great gift for the food lovers on your holiday list!

About the author

Answers to the Nuts Puzzle:

  1. Macadamia
  2. Pistachio
  3. Pine
  4. Chestnut
  5. Cashew

This book is dedicated to my husband John, and to my children Joshua and Nicholas, who have always enthusiastically supported my culinary journey. It has been, and always will be one of life’s greatest pleasures to cook for and dine with them. To my brother Jim, who was my constant (and entertaining!) dining companion at our kitchen table growing up. To my Dad, who led by example and taught me that I can do anything if I set my mind to it, no matter how difficult, and to Mom, my Grandma Dolores and the Slick and Delmonico families, who taught me that one of the finest ways to connect and nurture is through food. It will forever be my love language. And last, but definitely not least, to my Mother in-law June Patrin, who passed before this book was published. She would have been overjoyed to see this come to life.

Thank you to everyone who continues to follow these delicious adventures! There is most certainly more to come!
