Happy Wednesday everyone!  Today I’m doing something a little different and I think you will really enjoy it.  I have been invited to create a guest post for the Pairs Well With… Blog. I am thrilled to be able to share the recipe that I designed for this collaboration as well as to introduce you to my fellow blogger Carin, the author of Pairs Well With…  She has traveled to nine of the world’s most notable wine regions, sipping and sampling her way around the globe.

As a global food and wine expert Carin knows how crucial it is to be cognizant of where and how the food on our tables and the wine in our glasses originates.  Her philosophy is very much aligned with my mission to educate readers about current culinary trends, eco-friendly dining and sustainability endeavors.  She and I also have a shared passion for curating beautiful food and wine pairings so this joint effort was a marvelous fit.  

The recipe for angel food cake with fresh strawberries and rosé infused whipped cream celebrates the flavors of the season and honors the Pairs Well With theme.
